1 small pumpkin slice
4 tablespoons lentils
4 large handfuls of spinach leaves
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
Steamcook the pumpkin slice 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, put the water, spices, oil, pumpkin flesh cut into cubes, lentils, spinach, well washed and chopped.
Heat and let cook 20 minutes at medium heat. With an immersion blender, mix but not too much.
Serve with a tablespoon of cream per bowl or plate (if you’re dieting, use skim milk) and a little grated parmesan.
You can if you want a very restorative soup, add croutons.
